Cancellation policy

We do not offer subscriptions or recurring purchase options. All purchases are one-time, made-to-order orders.

Because every item is personalized, an order can only be cancelled within 5 of being placed, and only if it has not yet entered production. To request a cancellation, email office@franjohnsonhouse.com immediately with your order number. Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, as the item is being made specifically for you. See our Return and Refund Policy for damaged or incorrect items.
